Subtle Energy Integration

Therapy that honors the layers we cannot always name. Sometimes, talk therapy alone isn’t enough—especially when emotional experiences leave imprints that feel stuck in the body or energy system. When it feels  appropriate and welcome, I gently integrate tools from Pranic Healing to support energetic release, emotional boundary strengthening, and mind-body restoration. This integration is always optional, attuned to your comfort, and introduced respectfully—never imposed. It’s simply an invitation to explore healing across multiple levels of awareness: body, mind, and energy
